Have you been to a mountain?
Pilling on each other, they don’t complain
Trying to hold each other firm seems to be the plan.
One would think they are brothers from birth, but they aren’t.
I speak of the big and small rocks up the mountain.
Deep down, they have become small lakes.
A refreshing habit for many living species around.
Their shapes and sizes are awkward and cannot become swimming pools.
I speak of the mountain craters.
The gray ash piles up when the explosion begins, till it’s tired.
It cools after a year or more into a hip, forming gigantic hills.
Its heat melts down everything to create a way.
I speak of the mountain volcanic lava.
People use ropes to climb to the top these days.
Others dare without anything until they are the top.
You would imagine the cold above should frighten people.
Yet it was there in prayers that God gave Moses his word.
Bible verses about a mountain
God used a mountain from Jesus’death to when he gave Moses the ten commandments to demonstrate his great. The greatness of their height and structure is a physical proof of how incomprehensible God is. In the entire Bible, he uses them to demonstrate his power and grace.
Mathew 14:23
