Once upon a time, in a cozy little village, lived a girl named Dimi. Dimi had a heart full of curiosity and a love for something very special – books.
Every morning, after finishing her breakfast, Dimi would rush to her room and grab her favorite book-the Bible. With wide eyes and a big smile, she would dive into the words within the pages. Her mother had always told her that books were like doors to far-off places and amazing adventures.
Dimi also loved to learn about animals, different countries, and even ancient civilizations from the stories she read. She believed her books were like keys that unlocked new knowledge. Every word she read made her feel like she was exploring the world right from her own cozy corner. She read other books in the evening.
One day, as Dimi sat with a book about a family that travelled every summer, her mother walked in with a warm smile. “Dimi,” her mother said, “do you know that books are like little time machines? They can take you to the past, the present, and even the future.”
Dimi’s eyes lit up with excitement. “Really, Mom?” she exclaimed.
Why did Dimi like reading books?
Her mother nodded. “Yes, dear. When you read, you can learn about history, understand different cultures, and even imagine what the future might hold.”
From that day on, Dimi’s love for reading grew even stronger. She started reading books about explorers, brave adventurers, and clever inventors. Each story opened up a new door to her imagination.
As time went by, Dimi’s knowledge expanded. She could talk about God, countries she had never visited, understand animals she had never seen, and even dream about becoming an explorer herself one day.
And so, Dimi’s love for books continued to grow. With every page she turned, she knew she was on a journey of discovery and learning. Her mother’s words had come true – Dimi was indeed exploring the world, one book at a time.
