In August 2022, I found myself eagerly exploring the bustling cities and vibrant culture of this captivating East African nation. However, it was the coastal paradise of Diani that truly stole my heart.

The spacious mosquito net provided added protection, ensuring peaceful nights free from insect bites. It was truly an awesome experience.

On our first night, we were mesmerized by the soulful sounds of a talented saxophonist, setting the tone for a magical evening. However, the following night surpassed all expectations as a gifted pianist filled the air with enchanting melodies. Unable to resist the allure of his music, we found ourselves joining in, singing along to familiar tunes. The harmonious collaboration between the pianist and our impromptu choir created a truly unforgettable experience, etching memories that will stay with me forever.

One of the highlights of my stay at this beach resort was undoubtedly the pools. I found immense joy in practicing my newly acquired swimming skills, and I couldn’t resist the temptation to spend all day in the water. The shallow depth of the pools made them ideal for leisurely spins and aquatic play, allowing me to fully immerse myself without any worries. Though it was tiring, splashing around in the pools was undoubtedly the highlight of my short but memorable stay.
