Teacher Namos is a special teacher who always comes to school with a big smile on her face. She greets everyone with happiness and teaches her lessons with joy.

But there’s another teacher, Teacher Dani, who is often serious and doesn’t talk much.

During playtime, all the students want to play with Teacher Namos because she’s so much fun.

Teacher Dani started feeling a bit jealous and wanted to know why everyone loved Teacher Namos.

He didn’t know how to ask, so he sent a student named Gofi to find out for him.

Gofi went up to her and asked, “Why are you always so happy, Teacher?”

What was Teacher Namos’ reply?

And you know what she said? She gave Gofi a big hug and said, “Because I decided to be joyful.” She even shared a verse from the Bible, Psalm 126:3, which says, “The Lord has done great things for us; We are glad.”

Gofi was surprised by her answer. She was expecting a different reason.

She told Gofi that she practices being positive every morning. She chooses to think good thoughts about herself and others. And she learned that the more she expected good things to happen, the less she worried.

She realized that worrying doesn’t really change anything, so it’s better to be happy even when things aren’t perfect. She said that having hope and expecting things to get better is what makes her smile. And she wants to spread that happiness to everyone around her.

When Gofi shared this with Teacher Dani, he was amazed. He said, “Teacher Namos is selfless. She cares about others more than herself. She’s a great example for all of us.”

She showed everyone that choosing to be joyful and spreading happiness is a wonderful way to live.
